Presented by the NC Seafood Festival and the NC Coastal Federation, the fourth annual Wine & Brine celebrates the North Carolina Oyster Trail, a grassroots initiative supporting the state's oyster industry through tourism experiences that provide economic, environmental, and social benefits.
Hosted on a heated deck overlooking the Morehead City Waterfront, this event offers approximately 300 guests the chance to connect with local oyster growers and savor their harvests paired with wines curated by MF Chappell Wine Merchant. Alongside the shellfish tastings, Southern Salt Seafood Company will serve fresh local southern and seafood fare, further establishing North Carolina’s reputation as the “Napa Valley of Oysters.”
