A waterfront celebration with our sponsors, Town officials and invited guests will be held adjacent to the Morehead City public docks on Thursday, September 29th. A buffet featuring local seafood caught by North Carolina fishermen will be prepared by Carteret Community College’s Culinary Arts Students. State and county public officials and NC Seafood Festival sponsors will be honored guests as we celebrate the men and women of the North Carolina seafood industry. An official painting commemorating commercial fishing will be presented to the Town of Morehead City. Attendance at this event is by invitation only.
