Tijuana Tango Sushi Roll
Ingredients:
Sesame seeds
Nori (dried sheets of seaweed)
Rice
Raw tuna
Cooked 36/40 count shrimp
Avocado
Mayonnaise (optional)
Place cooked, white rice on Nori. Sprinkle sesame seeds on rice. Turn Nori with rice and sesame seeds onto opposite side. Place three slices of avocado on the Nori. Place two to four slices of tuna on the avocado, and layer two to four sliced shrimp on the tuna. Apply a thin layer of mayonnaise if desired. Roll carefully.
